It is stamped on the pulley, or you can measure it. The inside groves are like .15 smaller in radi than the lip of the pulley. Even Procharger was wrong about my boost level, when I went to a D1x (heads, small cam, headers). They spec a 4.0 pulley for my requested 8 PSI of boost. Right now (I'm always changing stuff), I'm on stock headers, custom fab downpipe with cats, heads, big cam, I have a 4.5 pulley and it is a tad over 10 PSI.
When I posted my new setup 2 years ago, a few guys sent me email saying the 4.0 is going to put over 10 PSI on a D1X, so I ordered a 4.5 pulley. My base setup with a P1SC came with a 4.0 pulley and made 8 psi with header, small cam, heads 6800 RPM.
And yes I did answer all the question about my location altitude fuel and max engine speed.
