Unless you are on a DR with a prepped surface, there is not a tire on the market today that can handle 1000 HP in a RWD platform. Throttle modulation will be the name of the game for you.
Unless you are drag racing and that is your goal, I just don't understand the logic of having that much HP when it is not accessible. The potential is there to spin and be bouncing off the traction control system at just about any speed. Different strokes for different folks I guess, but that just doesn't sound like much fun to me. Also, without traction control on, you are at danger of swapping ends very quickly with any abuse of the throttle.
