If mostly highways you might want to look into Toyo R888R to handle the power. They also come in 345/30/19 and if the specs are similar to my PSC2 then 345 will fit the rear. R888R are good for hooking up on street and in 345 that will help you with 1000 WHP.
They're not as good as PSC2 on road course but they'll work ok there, better than MPS4S at track level tire temps
