I'm in a similar situation as the OP. I would like the tires to be all season too as I live in NW Ohio and would use it as a DD. I've been doing the second set for years (all seasons in the summer and part of fall and spring and switching the wheels for a winter set in the winter). It is a little more that way and I can't seem to get rid of my 2nd sets. I have a set of genesis coupe wheels and mustang wheels stacked in my parents garage now. My parents are getting up there in age so I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to go over there and switch them out. Been thinking of trying to sell my house and get one with a garage.
