Soler TB question

Just a quick question for those of you that have one. I purchased the TB last year to help with the annoying off-idle dead spot that makes the car really difficult to drive in stop-start driving situations, because as you know, giving the M6 light throttle to take off results in the RPM's dropping to the point that the car wants to stall. You have to really rev the car to prevent this, and it sucks because the first 15% or so of the throttle does nothing.

Originally, the new TB helped with this, but mostly after the car had warmed up and had been driven several miles. Now, there is no difference between the Soler and the OEM TB in terms of take-off. I'm not sure why it reverted back to its stock behavior considering I've done nothing to the car or battery since doing the initial install and procedures.

I'm not dogging the Soler TB at all, but I'm not getting the desired results. The question is, do I throw another $75 at it and buy their pedal controller or do I just cut my losses and keep what I have? I'm curious what others have done and the results they've gotten. Thanks.
