Go drive a well set up C5 Z06 with stock seats and report back! This was my previous car, and you were literally holding on with hands/arms as well as legs/knees for all your worth. Being able to stay in the seat and apply light grip pressure to the steering wheel is key to feeling what the car is doing, consistently hitting your marks as well as being able to unwind the wheel and apply throttle precisely. makes a difference in lap times and consistency each and every corner.
