Unless you are running 20lbs or more, .021" - .023" on E85 with heat range #7 plugs (I run LTR7IX at .022" on 12lbs with no issues) will be just fine

I agree on the NGK, had a failure on a set of Brisk on a Boosted Coyote, but the gaps you are running sound tight for an already boosted application. Even in the Mustang after boosting my gaps were 0.028" on 13 psi and 11.0:1 CR.
