To answer the original question, yes that looks like the correct parts to make the switch. Not sure what you mean by rotor bolt though? Just the bolt that holds the rotor to the hub when the wheel is off? Not sure you'd need new ones of those, would think the original work.
IMO, I'd suggest keeping all SS 1LE brakes or all ZLE brakes. The ZLE brakes are slightly larger than than SS 1LE on all 4 corners, and mixing/matching like that would likely result in a changed brake balance. Will it be enough of a change to matter? I can't say for sure since I've never tried it. Willing to bet it's going to be noticeable at the very least, but might also be significant enough that it could be detrimental to track performance. Food for thought at least.
