This level of power loss is outside of tuning window (safe/aggressive) imo.
Obviously fix the exhaust first.

This was my thought. Torque tables weren't adjusted and pulling timing. Pretty easy to figure out with a datalog and the right PIDs.
Also easy enough to bump the tables 10 or 15% if that wasn't done the first time and dyno it again.
