Previously car made 440hp and 469torque (on E85) about 1 year ago, 30,000 miles ago
Only mods at this point were
- Flex Fuel Kit
- ARH headers and Cat Delete.
These are results of tune after install of new parts as of last week jan 2020

The above image is the dyno results after installing
-MSD PORTED intake Manifold,
-Ported LT5 Throttle Body
-Roto Fab intake

Now the car makes 428HP and 430 TQ after tune while running E85, which is less power and less torque as previously.

-Yes vehicle was previously tuned by same tuner as before and run on the same exact dyno as before In same gear, & same tires.
-Reputable tuner as well
-Originally tuner thought something was wrong with dyno because of lower numbers.
Results as of 2 days ago, trying to confirm if previous results were because of issue with dyno

-Today I took the vehicle into another dyno just to see what it put down, Just to verify it was the previous dyno wasnt correct.
See image above for those results

-Without a doubt this was a very bad leak and amplified by all the extra air that was going into the engine after the new upgrades, vehicle feels a lot different now and you can even hear the intake, Tuning scheduled for 3/3/20 will update then.

-The car has a lot better throttle response and a bit more low-mid range pull but overall it’s as if nothing’s changed.
-Im not expecting to make 500 wheel, but almost everywhere I have seen, vehicles with these mods make between 470hp-485hp, some even higher on rare occasion.
-The only current issue I have is a Header/exhaust leak on driver side where the header meets the block. Just got in my gasket and will be putting them on over the weekend but can all this power loss be caused by a leak?
I really don’t know what’s up with the car. Still runs fine but not crazy gains to be seen or felt really with the exception of more throttle response and some more mid range pull? Barely??? Any ideas folks?? Trying not to get caught up in numbers but something just isn’t right.
