Last time it was at the dealership for a scheduled oil change and differential service, the fat f**K left his greasy finger prints all over the interior! I ended up making a major to-do about the whole thing and got a new steering wheel and shift knob (alcentara).
Oh, and Iater found out he left the oil cap off the engine, that was never located.
I take pictures of everything with the service manager before releasing the vehicle to them now. They just don't care!
