I don't really know, but I don't think so. While 1,000 HP sounds cool, it really is moot point. I have to ask myself, "when would I ever actually use all that power?" I mean, there might be only once or twice that I've even gotten close to using all the 455HP in my SS.

For me, it's about the driving experience. I like the styling of the Camaro, I like the driving feel of the Camaro, and I really like the V8 rumble, I find it oddly relaxing on that long drive home. So, no, it wouldn't change my mind.

One thought about the Hummer, so it is their most capable off road vehicle. So there you are, you used up a good deal of your power supply just to get to the Rubicon Trail, then, right there in the middle of it, you run out of juice. What do you do? No tow truck is going to be able to access your location, no Wrangler is going to be able pull what will have to be at least a 6,000lb truck, it's not like you can carry extra power supply (maybe you can, don't really know yet). What do you do? Call the Army and see if they can haul you out with a Sikorsky?
