Correct. Blaq can you please acknowledge that 1 second is not a large differential between laps? Could it be the car slowing down slightly? Yes, but it is far more likely driver inconsistency from lap to lap.

Not really a direct reply to you, but relevant.
I got ripped on for taking my Hellcat to the strip without drag radials. Some people might not want DRs, cant afford another set of wheels/DRs, or many other reasons for just not having them; but when it comes down to it anyone who is serious about drag racing any of these cars (even Vettes) will have them. You can still blow a launch with DRs if they aren't heated up or are over heated, i've done it. With equal traction the trap speed tells the story. If the GT500 heat soaks after a couple runs, the smart owner will park it and let it cool, but i think the Vegas event proved that they can be hot lapped.
