A8 1st to 2nd slipping ...

Reaching out for other experiences or advice, to see if others have had this issue. 6 months ago, I had the shuddering problem. I took it to the dealer and they executed the TSB and replaced the fluid. That cured the problem. But as the weather got colder here, I noticed another strange issue.

So the car sits in my driveway overnight, the temp gets down into the 30's. I remote crank it and let it warm up. I get in the car, shift to drive and as I pull out, when it shifts to second, it feels like it stops pulling forward and the RPMs increase(slipping I assume). Typically I feel this then let off the gas. It then shifts into 2nd. This is the only time it does it, if I immediately stop and start moving again, it shifts normally - it's just that very first shift. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I plan to take it to the dealer but I have the feeling it's going to be hard to duplicate unless they recreate that exact same circumstance.
