The PS4's are a great all around tire and you can push them pretty hard, I can't vouch for milage as I only have about 5K on them but folks are reporting 30K plus. You won't mistake them for SC's but thats a good thing for your paint and cabin noise.
If there is any chance of freezing don't run the PS4 or any summer compound as they can crack. That said I've run them in the mid forties and nothing bad happened. This time around I threw down for some MMR Z28 OEM size rims, TPMS sensors and A/S tires so I can swap them at will. I also do not drive in the snow willingly.

Did you find that the PS4s threw alot of rocks and gravel like the Goodyear SC3 s ?
