Hello, thank you cmitchell17, yes this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much !
You are right, T87A is encrypted with 5 byte seed/key and T87 only with old 2 byte, so it could be bruteforce attacked for CAN security access.
It is possible that T87 and T87A are much different, but when I was looking for used modules there were both from Camaro 6, of course T87 was from first production in 2016. Anyway this is not important.
The most important thing is that
#2427993 module is T87A mounted in camaro6 from 2017, so I was thinking that sps could programm it with new calibration and that will work. Sadly there is a problem that I attached in first post.
Today or tommorrow I will have used TCM with #24289542 main number and #24289543 service, which were mounted in 2018 camaro's. I will check if it will work with not correct VIN.
If you are thinking: "Why he didn't buy new #24289543 at first", no I did not buy it because of I was thinking that T87A is T87A , doesn't matter what programm it has, sps should programm it with my calibration if it is new. But it looks like not, this software is really awful. ACDelco support too, they didn't want to help me because of my vehicle was salvaged, but is that matter? I only asked for help what means these errors and what should propably work.
If used #24289542 with bad VIN will work I will open module and read flash memory (SPC564A80L7) with Xprog 6.12, find VIN and change it to mine. If it will not work too , will buy new #24289543 and try SPS.
So please be careful with module part numbers even if they are same, because of SPS is now software which is not tolerate any mistakes. Thank you really much for this scheme !
