Also, when ordering open (or any lug nuts) for that matter, make sure the hex size is 19mm, anything larger and you will mar the lug nut pocket on the apex wheels, as they are much smaller than the stock lug pockets. |

The custom spacers you mention were my first choice (and best) for the fronts but decided on the rings since I need them for the rear anyway. I may wind up getting the custom ones especially if the rings get stuck.
Apex recommended the Gorilla closed end lugs which are .75 hex = 19.05mm
