It sounds like 700 RWHP is getting close to the limit on OEM exhaust. The cats' start restricting flow, then causing heat to build-up, and then detonation starts to occur and you have to start killing timing; or something along those lines. Maybe if you're only going down the strip it's not too bad, but if you're into the throttle for very long, OEM exhaust is going to bite you - the manifolds and cats' that is. CSP tested an AFE 3" CB and literally only lost a couple horses at about 800-plus RWHP. The stock suitcase isn't the problem (those pinches in the pipes below the diff' aren't either).
