At 150lb or even 200lb I'm sure 2 of you could handle it, the area of consideration is the position of your bodies.


With the lift at 4' you'd be in a bent over position which will compromise your back and possibly your shoulders.


Be careful, and I'm sure you know all of this, but just one tweek of the back and the project stops for a while.


Might be safer to use a trans jack for support and unbolt even if the lift will need to be lowered.
