The worst I ever had was a 2013 F150. Paint peeled in the tailgate and Ford wouldn't honor it, left a bad taste in my mouth. I bought it new off the lot, and within 10,000 miles it started just peeling for no reason, I've never seen anything like it.
My Fifty SS did seem like it was going to give me headaches down the line though. Windshield wiper sprayer got loose, had the shudder, back end started making weird noises towards the end, the interior roof started completely coming apart to the point it had to be replaced, the chrome on the inside handles started peeling and I got a nasty cut from it, and the clearcoat on the wheels started coming off.
Despite all that it's the most fun and my favorite vehicle I've ever owned hands down.
