This topic is beaten to death across the internet. It should be "easy enough" to do your own research.
With that being said, I'd recommend the Maxshine 15mm on Amazon, grab 4 or 5 medium polish pads like a yellow Rupes, a solid polish like Meguiars M205 and go to town.
Are there better products out there? Yes. But, it's a good starting point.
