Smart buyers will not pay as much for a modded car, for obvious reasons. You get more money removing headers and TB and selling those, then selling the car un-modded. And people wont give you any added value for the mods on the car. Also, buyers lose out on the missing OEM parts if they want to restore to stock.

OP mentioned it had a tune, which is the most dangerous part of the mod list depending on the tuner.
As for mods.. I agree. About the only part I'd leave on would be an exhaust since storing the stock one somewhere kinda sucks..
