Bought my 1st Camaro 2SS in 2016, then when I saw the new Corvette I put my deposit down. Order accepted and the waiting game began. Then last week I found out my soon to be wife was pregnant. I am 50 years old and this will be our 1st child.

We have a second car (Chevy Cruze Hatchback), but I realized I would not even be able to do anything together in a 2 seat Corvette. I would just drive it to work which is 5 miuntes from our house, and back. No cruising, not even a trip to the store once the baby comes. So with her blessing, I traded in my 16 and got a 2019 brand new Satin Steel Gray Metallic ZL1.

Now, at least, a car seat can fit in the back. The car is a BEAST! Now I see why everyone loves this car!

No regrets on not getting the new Corvette, lucky to have this car!
