Yes Ted knows, I bought everything from him and advised him of the issue once I knew my low side pump went out.
If the goal is to only keep the lowside at 70psi then putting the voltage in the tune to 15.7v like the ZL1 uses and the BAP to 16.2v will do that just fine.
