By the way, the above GM touch up kit is more difficult to use compared to the Dr ColorChip one, but I'm not sure the latter is a perfect match for hyper blue metallic. They do call out the correct paint code on their website, but also say it isn't "tricolor", which means it probably won't have the metallic flakes. Doesn't matter for tiny rock chips, but if you want to fix bigger areas, I don't think it'll look perfect.
