With the LT4 you often see higher torque numbers. It's because these blowers are small and already spun hard from the factory. We notice that builds without porting usually make higher torque numbers and the ones with good port work/103s see the higher horsepower numbers. It has a lot to do with the LT4 struggling to get more air up top since the blower is pretty much maxed out rpm wise on a lot of builds. Without the available air from the additional porting the top end can suffer.
