I live in New Orleans and work for a local Cadillac dealership and we haven't gotten a new car delivered in almost 2 and a half months. Our parts availability has gone to shit and I have almost 5 and 6 cars waiting 6 plus weeks for parts that are otherwise grounded and can't even get aftermarket parts. Yesterday all the GM dealers pretty much ran out of oil filters and we are using autozone oil filters on customer cars. We bought the last 5 shocks from the west texas parts distribution center last Wednesday and they are all gone. This is way worse than 2008.
