The thing is who is going to be tracking a standard SS or a standard GT, very very few if any I would guess so its really not worthy of debate. If they choose to track these models there would likely be aftermarket upgrades.

Subject is certainly worthy of debate. Truth is, owners do indeed track the standard SS fairly often. Remember that the SS comes with extra coolers standard, and is even warranteed for track use if it's stock. Standard GT though, yep, have not seen one at a track day yet.
