Aw c'mon man, give the kid a break. He's admitting to what he doesn't know, and is asking others for help. That's a sign of strength and intelligence in my book.
A lot of folks would just leave it at "this car sucks" and never have the courage to ask what they might doing wrong because they assume they already know everything.
