The fastest ive seen in a "regular" car was a 2:16 by Craig (OneMoreLap) in his cammed C5 which won him tons of GT Challenge races. I stayed with him for one lap once in my Vette, but then he was gone! But he was sponsored by Hoosier and ran fresh rubber 
Ive run there earlier this season with 2 hot shoes from LCMT (Nik in his 2019 M4 CS and Phil in his brand new 1le - both senior instructors with Quebec Bimmer Club), we were pretty equal and i dont believe neither if us broke a 23...so...a 20 is FRIGGING AWESOME!!!

Ah, so you know Greg! That's who I was thinking of when I figured it could go under 20. Maybe ~2:17 is overly ambitious then lol.
Keep in mind I had an open track and weather was perfect.... probably around 10 degrees and sunny. If you were running in 30+ degrees I'm assuming that wouldn't help.
