You will probably need a low side and even injectors for full E and a fuel lobe upgrade will be necessary for much boost or aftermarket blowers. All in all, I think a Meth setup may be a simpler and more straightforward setup that most tuners can setup very effectively. E85 requires around 30%-40% more fuel. So your octane goes up and price per gallon goes down, but your consumption and fuel system needs go vastly up.

I had my brothers C7Z tuned on E50 with Kong ported blower, 11psi pulley, Cordes 5" CAI, Borla Catless X, JMS pump booster. Injectors 5.7ms with stable high and low fuel pressure.
He went to a 2.1 upper, added a LPE big bore, and injectors went to 6.3ms but the fuel pressures were still solid. So the injectors were tapped at 12.5psi with E50.
2.1 pulley ended up being to small for the snout and locked up(I didn't install it), so we pulled the 1.74 blower off and waiting to install a Maggie 2300. Probably going to drop back to E40 and see where it's at and go from there.
A stock LT4 should be able to run full pump E85 no problem imo if the tuning is correct.
