The tail end of the rev match bump happens after the shift. It bucks the car like when you first learned how to drive a stick and let the clutch out too fast then gave it gas.
It's a "normal" flaw present since day 1 with our cars.

That makes me feel better. Well not really, but that it's not an actual trans issue, maybe a tune issue
