Inside each wheel is a tire pressure monitor. Each is programmed to a specific position on your car. If you reverse them when you put the wheels back on, you will have to reprogram them so they will be reporting correctly on your display. Or take them off and move them to the other side of the car. Not a big deal but if you mark your wheels left and right you will be good.
