Well that's a bummer.

1. Leaf Blower to get the loose ones.
2. Air compressor is better, can get less loose ones off.
3. Pressure washer for the rest, then leaf blower to dry.

Don't rub/wipe/smear anything on the car until you know for sure you got them all off.
