P1X for SBE, D1SC if you plan on doing rods and pistons

8 rib belt is fine

stage 2. standard is stupid small. race requires removal of driver aux radiator

5. Bypass valve, Standard, bullet or race?

6. gear set, standard or quiet?

helical is standard iirc... you usually have to ask for straight cut gears. but helical anyways, unless you want it to be really loud.

Sorry for so many questions, I am a bit rusty and would like to do it right the first time.
