Reading this and now I'm second guessing myself. I have the stock 245/55R18s on my 2.0T. I was considering going to 245/55/R19s on front and 275/40R19s in back. The overall diameter would decrease by about an inch, and I'd lower the car about an inch. But the weight is what I'm concerned about. I want to get wider in back to put more power down to the ground. I get too much slip on takeoffs. SO many ways to go about this.
