I have a 2020 with Satin Steel Gray Metallic paint and I've noticed something similar. The paint on my bumpers matches the rest, but it looks very uneven, kind of hazy. It almost looks like someone sprayed on some quick wax and didn't completely wipe it off. It might be that the metallic flakes didn't spray on evenly. The paint on the metal portions looks good and consistent.
I remember seeing somewhere that the plastic parts are painted separately from the rest of the car and installed later on the production line. That could explain the variation in your color and my uneven look.
When I get some free time one day, I'm planning on taking it into the dealer to see if it could fall under the warranty as a manufacturer defect. You might check into the same if the color is that far off.
