My guess is It's caused by a dynamic toe change during cornering. The inner, unloaded tire is essentially being dragged through the corner at an exaggerated toe-out causing excessive wear.

Same symptoms here. At first I thought my alignment was off.

Under what driving conditions? Track? Street? How many track days / miles on the road?
