you need to change your username....
A tune may lean out the car a little, usually can tunes are rich. for sure a tune will put more timing etc in it. You will get a big chunk of power for a tune.
You need to retune if you change injectors. So you should change injectors at the same time. If you do a email tune, I used both Pray or Cunningham motorsports both are excellent. Your email tune will work pretty well. If not I'm sure the car will be drivable to the shop for a dynotune.
I waited a bit but I did change to a colder plug.
You will also need to figure on what type of MAP you are going to run, the LT1 map runs out of range at some point and you gotta get a LT4 one and this AFAIK hoses the tune.
The LT1 pump also runs out of fuel and need retune..
Nutshell you better get it tuned with what is going to make you happy for a few years or it is going to get expensive.
I would do LT4 injectors
or
LT4 injectors, LT4 pump and LT4 map
BEFORE any dyno tune.
