We don't know that yet outside of 0-60. At least I've seen literally zero published track times for this car, let alone ones done by the same driver at the same track.
ZL1 vs "base" C8 is going to come down to buyer preferences (ie if ZL1 is the faster track car until better C8s come out, track guys will still want the ZL1, people buying a street car might want the C8 more, etc).
