OK just saw the replay on ESPN of that PA call you guys are moaning about.
If you don't think that was PA, then you don't know the rule.
The reason the flag was thrown was because the defender made contact with the receiver without ever making a play on the ball. Thus... PA. It wasn't so much that he grabbed his arm while he went up for it and stopped him from catching it, but rather he didn't make a play on the ball and intended to interfere with the WR instead. The ESPN analyst clarified the call.
