Always with an upgraded low side pump. If you're in need of the +45% injectors you're at a power level that would require DI pump upgrades. We use our Xtreme DI belt driven secondary DI pump:

For example, in my E85 C7 Z06 I have +30% injectors, 38% cam lobe with stock DI pump, and a low side fuel system. That made 760rwhp.
