Heheh!! This process happens naturally during various daily driving acceleration and deceleration. You simply allow the engine more freedom to follow the camshafts natural lope. Your just applying that too the idle.
As far as how good or bad for the car it is , who knows lol. I log a lot of miles daily, and Im reviewing, but.. It legit surges the car forward at stop signs like it has actual big cams installed. In drive, the rpm dropps a bit more.
