Your only chance of beating him is either stock to stock or if you have a lot more mods. But from the sound of it he is going to beat you convincingly if he knows how to drive the thing. Your only shot lies in him not knowing what he is doing.

From what I understand, Dodge had that blower specifically so it would have a very loud whine. Although it does sound nice, one does have to wonder if that design is flawed considering how many of those blowers failed...some of them even taking out the engine with it.
