Hello fellow forum members. I first want to tell everyone that contributes on this forum a BiG Thank You! It’s great the amount of knowledge you guys have and willing to share with all of us. Again, Thank you!! After frequenting this forum since December I finally pulled the trigger in February on a 2019 SS 1LE. I got a great deal I couldn’t pass up. Absolutely LOVE the car! In April I decided that I wanted a bit more power after driving a buddy’s Z06 and Hellcat so I bought a Magnuson Heartbeat kit with intercooler. More or less a spur of the moment impulse buy . Was thinking about selling it afterwards reading about the piston rings failing in some of these LT1’s but after talking to some knowledgeable tuners I decided I would go through with install but wanted to do it to make SAFE power. Had trouble finding a lot of info with my mod list so hopefully this answers some questions and helps others. Ended up with this mod list:

-Magnuson Heartbeat TVS 2300 Kit with intercooler
-LT4 Fueling
-DSX Flex Fuel Kit
-DSX Aux Pump
-RotoFab Dry Filter Intake for Magnuson Heartbeat
-LS Front Crank Seal
-Mighty Mouse Wild Catch Can
-TSP Long Tube Headers With Off Road Connection Pipes
-Alky Control Dual Nozzle running off MAF sensor 100%M1
-HD Blower Belt
-Colder Plugs

I took it to a Highly recommended shop and tuner 2 weeks ago and got the call today that everything was completed and ready to tune. Told the tuner to keep it extremely conservative and don’t want to use the meth to supplement fueling too much but more so as a safety net. Well the 1LE impressed us with the numbers she put down on 75-78% E content!

Stock baseline pull: 424/433 around 80 degrees outside

It was HOT outside today with a temp of 94 degrees and crazy humid
Supercharged with 85mm pulley hitting exactly 9psi of boost
93 pump 606/604
E75 653/644

The car is a Rocket! Haven’t been able to open her up yet as there was traffic on the way home but it’s going to take some time to get used to this power

I’ll update later to see whether or not I can notice a difference in handling since the heavier weight but haven’t noticed yet. Took some hard turns on the way home today and felt like it did before but just have to be MUCH easier on the throttle. This will never be on a track or drag strip, just a fun weekend car Also, I have access to E85 so I’ll be strictly running it over 93 and very happy I won’t have to worry about mixing!!!
