I had the exact same issue on my first track day with my 2018 SS. It actually caused the low pressure fuel pump in tank to intermittently drop fuel pressure from 137 to 63 at WOT. Warranty covered it but there were no pumps available. The part number changes up to a newer version but no stock anywhere. GM agreed to put a ZL1 pump in as it was available out of Cincinnati. My issue started at 2/3rds of a tank on certain corners. A surge tank (aka swirl pot) will fix this issue that will damage the pump if (like me) you try to drive through the issue until the check engine light comes on and into half throttle limp mode.
