Mine has been randomly doing the same thing but you might try this.

-Delete the current WB PID and disconnect HPT scanner.

-Put the car in Accessory mode by holding the start button with foot off the brake for 5-10seconds.

-After the wideband heats up and switches on, connect the HPT scanner.

-Select Add Pid.

-In search box type "Wideband"

-AEM device should show up in external controllers.

-Add that PID to the list, Start car, and Start scanning.

This is the only way to get mine to work and it will be fine for 2-3 different logs then start acting up. My guess is a software glitch.
