For road course I would push you toward a Whipple or maggie to keep cooling in check.

The delta temps are going to be good you will just have less power than someone at 50 degree ambient.

So for example if you start at 50 your IAT will be say 30-40 degrees higher same if you start at 110 your iat will be 30-40 degrees higher.

The best you could ever hope for is to achieve same as ambient.

Higher octane fuel is your best engine protection and ability to make good power at high IAT.
