I haven't run into the 100s yet, but in the 90s my car runs IATs with an air / air and centrifugal S/C (Vortec Intercooler / Novi 1500 ) and cruising I see 8-10 degrees above ambient at any given time.
I also run meth but it doesn't come on until 4psi, but once doing so after about a second the IATs are in the 50s under a pull.
