If it’s a lease then no Spoiler is the best option. You can go the double sided tape option but you would have to keep an eye on it and check the tape every so often and if it starts coming off then you’d have to remove and re-apply. Which IMO is a lot of work. If you installed a factory spoiler in factory paint color of the car would anyone really notice the difference when you went to turn the car in?
